Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

Do you ship to APO addresses?

We can ship some items to an APO address.  There are certain restrictions that don't allow us to send all of our products to an APO address.  For specifics please visit the USPS website.  If we don't ship a specific item to your APO address, we recommend having a friend or family member receive the package and send it to you.

Are your products factory seconds or refurbished?

We do not sell any factory seconds.  Occasionally we offer refurbished items for sale at a discounted price from manufacturers, and these items will be clearly marked as refurbished.

What will it cost me to ship an order to my zip code?

You can get an estimate directly from our shopping cart. All you need to do is add the selected items to your shopping cart, and then click “calculate shipping”. A valid US zip code will be needed to get an accurate quote.

If I need an item ASAP can you expedite my order?

We expedite all orders that are shipped using expedited shipping. If you select Ground or Priority Mail, your order will ship out in the order we received it. Any order shipped with expedited shipping (3 Day, 2 Day, Next Day, Express) will be expedited.

Do you offer store pickups?

Unfortunately we do not keep stock at our location.  We have warehouses around the country to best serve our national customers.

Do you accept returns?  Is there any fee?

What is your phone number?

We handle all customer service through email.  Email allows us the ability to provide a higher level of service that is more efficient than standard phone support offers.  With email we are able to expand our operating hours and resolve issues quickly without wasting your time waiting on the phone.  This helps keep our operating costs down, which we pass on to you in the form of lower prices.

How can I track my order?

If you have an account you can view your order status from your account by clicking on “view order status”.  If you checked out as a guest, you will receive an email when your order ships, or you can contact our service department to get an update.  Once your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number which you will be able to use to track the progress of your package.
